Christian Borle, Stephanie J Block & Andrew Rannells to star in Broadway revival of Falsettos

Christian Borle (Something Rotten), Stephanie J Block (Wicked) and Andrew Rannells (The Book of Mormon) will star in the Broadway revival of Falsettos!

They will play Marvin, Trina and Whizzer respectively. Directed by James Lapine, the show will open on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre on 27th October (previews from 29th September). Additional casting to be announced.

Andrew Rannells temporarily taking over from Jonathan Groff in Hamilton

It has been announced that Andrew Rannells will temporarily take over as King George in Hamilton on Broadway.

Rannells will star in the show for a limited run between 27th October and 29th November 2015 whilst Jonathan Groff films Looking. Groff will return to the musical, which runs at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, on 1st December 2015.

Rannells won a Tony Award for creating the role of Elder Price in The Book of Mormon. His Broadway credits also include: Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Jersey Boys and Hairspray.
