Press Night Pics: Curious Incident welcomes new cast with gala performance

The National Theatre’s production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time welcomed its new West End cast earlier this week with a star-studded gala performance on 30th June at the Gielgud Theatre. Check out images below (click picture to enlarge).

Guests included Mark Ronson, Alice Dellal, Conor Maynard, Bruno Tonioli, Shappi Khorsandi, Charlotte Hawkins, Kerry Godliman, Josephine de la Baume, John Taylor, Grace Chatto, Nathalie Emmanuel, Paul Merton, Andy Serkis, Christian Jessen, Caroline Quentin, Douglas Reith, Fay Ripley, DJ Nihal, Lesley Nicol,Luke Friend, Charlotte Moss, Russell Kane, Andrea Mclean, Kimberly Wyatt and Daniel Mays.

Last month the play was one of the big winners at the Tony Awards® in New York, winning 5 awards including Best New Play. Curious Incident recently extended booking until 13th February 2016. The new West End is led by West End Frame Award winner Sion Daniel Young as Christopher Boone. 

The cast also includes: Rebecca Lacey as Siobhan, Nicolas Tennant as Ed, Mary Stockley as Judy, Jacqueline Clarke as Mrs Alexander, Indra Ové as Mrs Shears, Stephen Beckett as Roger Shears, Matthew Trevannion as Mr Thompson, Pearl Mackie as No. 40/Punk Girl and Sean McKenzie as Reverend Peters. Kaffe Keating plays Christopher at selected performances, with the cast being completed by Mark Rawlings, Penelope McGhie, Naomi Said and Simon Victor.
