The Mirror has reported that David Walliams and Sheridan Smith are preparing to reunite on stage in a West End revival of My Fair Lady. Walliams reportedly developed the idea with Michael Grandage whilst the pair were playing Bottom and Titania in Grandage's production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream last year.

Smith will play Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle opposite Walliams as Professor Henry Higgins. The newspaper claims that Walliams told Grandage: “We should do My Fair Lady. That casting would kind of work, wouldn’t it? Sheridan will be fantastic as Eliza.”
The production is yet to be confirmed.
