"SIRO-A, is a spectacular interactive, multimedia, entertainment that mixes video mapping, video projections and breathtaking optical illusions in an explosion of light, sight, sound, and movement."
SIRO-A is made up of an incredibly enthusiastic, passionate and unique group of performers who provide a mind-blowing, optical experience. This non-verbal performance demonstrates the power modern technology has to leave an audience completely spellbound. The use of strobe lighting and lasers, as well as live techno beats, doesn’t only make the show unusual and modern, but it also transports you into a virtual world, bursting with vibrant colours, shapes and patterns.
All three performers were equally impressive and made their performance look effortless. I was amazed by the choreography which was extremely precise and the use of LED costumes enhanced their every move. There was no room for mistakes and luckily none were made (well... none that I could spot!)
The use of symbolism was prominent throughout this sixty minute show, the performers recreated various recognisable logos using their bodies. The use of these worldwide symbols means that the show has no language barrier and is an example of how technology and the media can unite people of all different cultures and provide them with an equally thrilling experience.
Not only is the show a colourful visual feast, but it is also extremely humorous. Their audience interaction was fantastic. The comical sketches left the audience in fits of laughter, although some were lengthy.
SIRO-A is an exciting alternative to a typical show and is both aesthetically and aurally pleasing. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would highly recommend it for all ages. It is a 3D experience… but without the glasses!
