Dean John-Wilson announces solo show

West End actor Dean John-Wilson will play a solo show at the Pheasantry in Chelsea on Sunday 28th August 2016.

John-Wilson will perform his "favourite repertoire from musical theatre and beyond". He will perform alongside his Aladdin co-star Stephen Rahman-Hughes with additional guests to be announced.

John-Wilson is currently starring as the title role in the West End premiere of Disney's Aladdin at the Prince Edward Theatre. He recently originated the role of Joey Lubowitz in Miss Atomic Bomb at the St James Theatre.

His theatre credits also include: Man 1 in Songs For A New World by Jason Robert Brown (St James), Aquino in the UK premiere of Here Lies Love (National), understudy Prewitt and Maggio in From Here To Eternity (Shaftesbury), Zack in Bare (Union) and understudy Pablo and TJ in Sister Act The Musical (UK tour). 

John-Wilson previously performed solo shows at the London Hippodrome (with Scott Alan) and Singers Lounge; he reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2008.
