The National Theatre has announced that The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time will launch a UK touring production in December.
The tour will open on 18th December 2014 at the Lowry in Salford where it will run until 10th January 2015. Further dates and venues will be announced shortly.
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is adapted from Mark Haddon's bestselling novel by Simon Stephens, and directed by Marianne Elliott.
The West End production is currently on a break following last December's Apollo Theatre ceiling collapse. The critically acclaimed play will re-open in London at the Gielgud Theatre on 8th July 2014 (previews from 24th June).
It was also recently announced that Curious Incident is transferring to Broadway, opening in New York in October this year. Further details are yet to be announced.
