It has been announced that West End star Lauren Varnham is recording a musical theatre album to raise money for Peterson's Fund for Children. Lauren will showcase the album during a concert called 'A Cuppa Music' on Sunday 2nd June 2013 at the ACS Cobham International School in Surrey.
Lauren will also perform duets with fellow West End Stars Sabrina Aloueche (We Will Rock You, Sleeping Arrangements) & Aaron Sidwell (Loserville, Carnaby Street). The album will feature a duet with Ross Hunter (Rock Of Ages) and a quartet with Jennifer Tierney (Wicked), Rebecca Trehearn (Ghost the Musical), and Sabrina Aloueche.
Lauren Varnham is currently rehearsing for Chichester Festival Theatre's production the The Pajama Game. Her theatre credits include We Will Rock You (Dominion Theatre), Hairspray (Shaftesbury Theatre), Carousel (Savoy Theatre) and High School Musical (Hammersmith Apollo).
