"Thriller - Live brings to life on stage the distinctive high-energy dancing and pulsating sound of many of Michael Jackson's greatest hits, blending eye-popping video footage and effects together with dazzling choreography by the show’s award-winning director Gary Lloyd. The show has regularly been updated with additional songs, new visuals and choreography."

Thriller - Live provides a fantastic alternative to the typical West End musical. It is creative to the extent where at some points I felt I was watching a live music video before my eyes. The whole show is very unique.

Thriller - Live takes you through Michael Jackson’s career, starting from when he was a young boy in Jackson 5. Dressed in a glittery 60s style outfit Eshan Gopal, who played the young Michael Jackson, immediately won the affections of the audiences with his sweet smile, little afro and impressive dance moves. It was incredible how a boy as young as Gopal could take the lead and give such a strong and compelling performance. The atmosphere was superb from the start when Gopal opened the show with classic hit ‘ABC’. Another stand out moment was during 'Thriller' where the interaction between the cast and audience was great and thoroughly entertaining.

David Jordan definitely stole the show. It was clear that he, as well as the other cast members, must have spent a great deal of time studying Jackson’s moves and vocals to perfection as they all performed at an incredibly high standard.

The narrator of the show, Haydon Eshun, also stood out for me and I was impressed with the way he suddenly burst into song and dance with the rest of the cast who all received a huge unanimous applause after each performance.

The group performances were passionate and engaging, the cast worked incredibly well together and produced some fabulous harmonies. I was very impressed that they showed no sign of tiredness. The solo performances were also strong, I particularly enjoyed Alex Buchanan’s rendition of ‘Dirty Diana’.

Bursting with excitement, energy and enthusiasm, Thriller Live is ideal for all Michael Jackson fans as well as music lovers and people wanting a fun night out! I had a great evening and left the theatre humming Michael Jackson's songs all the way home.
