It has been announced that Something Rotten will close on Broadway on 1st January 2017.

Having opened in April 2015, the musical will have played 742 performances at the St. James Theatre in New York.

The current cast includes Rob McClure, Will Chase and Josh Grisetti. Something Rotten will launch a U.S. tour on 17th January 2017 in Boston.
