Rehearsal images have been released for the world premiere of 27. Described as an "intoxicating" new British rock musical, 27 is written by Sam Cassidy who is also co-directing the production with renowned director/choreographer Arlene Phillips. The show will star Jersey Boys legend Ryan Molloy as well as Jodie Jacobs (Rock Of Ages/Legally Blonde), Cassie Compton(American Psycho/The Wedding Singer), Greg Oliver (Spring Awakening/After the Turn) and Jack Donnelly (Atlantis/Misfits). Completing the cast are Lucy Martin, Ryan Gibb, Maisie Bawden, Eloise Davies, Collette Guitart, Emily Kenwright, Sophie Ayers, Anthony Selwyn, Jason Kajdi and Kristian Cunningham.
27 will open at the Cockpit Theatre in Marylebone on 12th September (previews from 8th September) for a limited run to 22nd October 2016. The piece is a "shattering exploration of the fragility of life and the unwitting connections that bind us together".
