Melissa Errico & Jamie Muscato to star in The Gold Room workshop

It has been announced that Broadway diva Melissa Errico and West End actor Jamie Muscato will star together in the developmental workshop of new musical The Gold Room in London.

The show has original music by Michael Feinstein and book/lyrics by Warner Brown. Conceived originally by Brown, The Gold Room explores a night behind closed doors in the life of Woolworth heiress Barbara Hutton. Jeremy Sams will direct the workshop.

Errico's Broadway credits include My Fair Lady, Amour, White Christmas, High Society, Dracula, the Musical and Anna Karenina whilst Muscato recently starred in Bend It Like Beckham and the off-West End production of Dogfight.
