GOSSIP: Danny Boyle in talks to direct Miss Saigon film?

According to the Daily Mail's Baz Bamigboye, Danny Boyle is in talks to direct the long-rumoured film adaptation of Miss Saigon by Alain Boublil, Claude-Michel Schönberg and Richard Maltby Jr.

The film is being produced by  Cameron Mackintosh and Working Title, the team behind the film adaptation of Les Miserables. Please note nothing has been confirmed.

At the final performance of the West End revival of Miss Saigon earlier this month, Cameron Mackintosh teased: "Sooner rather than later, the movie won't just be in my mind".
