Nic Rouleau returning to Broadway production of The Book of Mormon

Nic Rouleau is returning to the Broadway production of The Book of Mormon to star as Elder Price, a role he recently played to acclaim in the West End.

The actor will take over from Kyle Selig at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre on 23rd February 2016. Rouleau made his Broadway debut in the show as the standby for Elder Price and went on to play the role on tour.

Rouleau joins Christopher John O’Neill as Elder Cunningham, Nikki Renée Daniels as Nabulungi, Grey Henson as Elder McKinley and Daniel Breaker as Mafala.

From South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone and Avenue Q co-creator Robert Lopez, The Book of Mormon follows a pair of Mormon boys sent on a mission to a place that's a long way from Salt Lake City. The show premiered on Broadway in 2011 before opening at the West End's Prince Of Wales Theatre in 2013.

The current West End cast includes KJ Hippensteel as Elder Price, Brian Sears as Elder Cunningham, Asmeret Ghebremichael as Nabulungi and Stephen Ashfield as Elder McKinley.
