A script of JK Rowling’s West End play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will go on sale at midnight, following the show's premiere in the West End, on 31st July 2016.
The limited edition book will feature the original text as it was written before any changes were made in the play’s preview period. The script will be a rehearsal edition of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I and II, correct at the time of the plays' previews.
The Definitive Collector's Edition will be available later, which will be the most accurate version of the script, including the changes made in previews.
Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child begins previews at the Palace Theatre on 7th June 2016 with press night on 30th July 2016. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is currently booking to 27th May 2017 and will star Jamie Parker as Harry, Noma Dumezweni as Hermione and Paul Thornley as Ron.
