GOSSIP: Alfie Boe to star in Finding Neverland on Broadway & in London?

According to the New York Post, Alfie Boe is set to star in Gary Barlow's Broadway musical Finding Neverland.

Boe will reportedly take over from Tony Yazbeck as J.M. Barrie on Broadway later this year before reprising his performance when the show opens in London in January 2017! Matthew Morrison created the role of J.M. Barrie on Broadway.

Finding Neverland is directed by Diane Paulus. Barlow co-wrote the score with Eliot Kennedy whilst book is by James Graham with choreography by Mia Michaels. Finding Neverland opened on Broadway in February 2015. Please note this gossip as well as Finding Neverland's London transfer is yet to be confirmed.

Boe is currently starring as Jean Valjean in the Broadway revival of Les Miserables, a role he previously played in the West End and at the show's 25th anniversary concert at the O2 arena. Boe previously appeared on Broadway as Rodolfo in Baz Luhrmann's La Bohème.
