Three shows were filmed this week, and now the Daily Mail's Baz Bamigboye has announced that the production will be screened on BBC4 over the Christmas season.
UPDATE: Gypsy will be broadcast on Sunday 27th December 2015 at 9pm on BBC4.
Bamigboye also reports that there is talk about the recording being shown on U.S. television and there is a possibility that it could be released on DVD next year. Please note further information is yet to be officially announced.

Directed by Jonathan Kent with book by Arthur Laurents, Gypsy has music by Jule Styne and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. Choreography is by Stephen Mear, designs by Anthony Ward, musical direction and orchestration by Nicholas Skilbeck, lighting by Mark Henderson and sound by Paul Groothuis.
Starring Imelda Staunton as Momma Rose, Lara Pulver as Louise, Peter Davison as Herbie, Gemma Sutton as June and Dan Burton as Tulsa, Gypsy runs at the Savoy Theatre until 28th November 2015.
Sutton will take over as Louise later this month when Pulver leaves the production.
