Casting has been announced for Dinner with Friends at the Park Theatre.
Donald Margulies' play opens on 30th October (previews from 27th October) and runs until 28th November 2015. Tom Attenborough directs.
Fresh from starring in Disgraced on Broadway, Hari Dhillon (Holby City) will play Tom alongside Shaun Dooley (Broadchurch) as Gabe, West End regular Sara Stewart (Batman Begins) as Karen and Judi Dench's daughter Finty Williams (Cranford) as Beth.
Margulies said: "I’m delighted that such a young, exciting assembly of theatre artists will be bringing Dinner with Friends to a new generation of London theatregoers."
Karen and Gabe are a steady pair, committed to surviving every marital peak and valley. Tom and Beth are splitting up. Divided by his infidelity, they are forced to re-evaluate connections to their long-term friends… Dinner with Friends is the tantalizingly witty portrayal of relationships that explores our dependency on our friends as well as our loved ones.
