Oliver Tompsett and Debbie Kurup will star in a revival of The World Goes Round: The Songs of Kander & Ebb.
Produced by Speckulation, the show will play for four performances between 5th and 8th July 2015 at the Pheasantry in Chelsea. Kander and Ebb are best known for writing musicals such as Cabaret, Chicago, Fosse and The Scottsboro Boys.
Oliver Tompsett's theatre credits include: Phil Davis in White Christmas (West Yorkshire Playhouse), Galileo in We Will Rock You (Dominion), Drew in Rock Of Ages (Shaftesbury), Fiyero in Wicked (Apollo Victoria), Sam in Ghost (workshop), The Royal Hunt of the Sun (National), Mamma Mia (Prince of Wales), Our House (Cambridge), Caliph in Kismet (Arcola), Harry Lytton in Over My Shoulder (Wyndham’s) and Tony in West Side Story (Canizaro Park Festival).

Completing the cast are Steffan Lloyd-Evans (Joseph UK tour) and Pheasantry regulars Alexandra Da Silva and Sally Samad.
The World Goes Round has music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. It is devised by Scott Ellis, Susan Stroman and David Thompson and is produced by Neil Eckersley with musical direction by Kris Rawlinson.
