It has been announced that Jason Merrells is joining the cast of Twelve Angry Men for four weeks only.
The play is currently touring the UK following its recent West End run at the Garrick Theatre.

Merrells will play juror number 8 – the role made famous by Henry Fonda – for a strictly limited season between 11th May and 13th June 2015.
Merrells famously played Matt Hawley in Casualty for over three years. He went on to star as stylist and salon owner Gavin Ferraday in BBC drama Cutting It and then starred as headmaster Jack Rimmer in the BBC’s Waterloo Road for two years, prior to him being voted Villain Of The Year at the British Soap Awards for playing Declan Macey in Emmerdale. Other TV appearances have included A Touch Of Frost, Queer As Folk and Clocking Off.
Merrells will appear at the following venues: Palace Theatre, Southend (11-16 May), Grand Theatre, Wolverhampton (18-23 May), Queen’s Theatre, Barnstaple (1-6 June) and Ashcroft Theatre, Croydon (8-13 June).
