Streets: A New Kind of Musical returns for limited run next year

It has been announced that Interval's production of Streets: A New Kind of Musical will return for a limited run of just three performances next year. The revival is supported by the Arts Council.

Running at The Vaults between Thursday 8th and Saturday 10th January 2015, the cast will include: Tori Allen-‐Martin, Ben Cousin, Manal El-‐Feitury, Pikey Esquire, James Eyres Kenward, Brandon Lee Henry, Jake Leigh, Sian Louise, Kayla Meikle, Alex Middleton, Stuart Morris, Kieron Mulhall, Louis Quaye, Chloe Shillibeer, Danielle Tabor and Leon Tennant.

Streets is an exciting, hard hitting piece of theatre that puts a microscope on a group of young friends growing up in London at the time of the 2011 riots. It uses a cross art form approach to tell its story, featuring a cast of fresh and exciting young actors, beatboxing, rap, commercial dance, a live band and vocalists'.

Streets premiered at the Cockpit Theatre in April 2013 before transferring to the Hackney Empire.
