WhatsOnStage have revealed that Natalie Andreou is joining the West End production of Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre as Standby Elphaba from 2nd February 2015.
Andreou most recently starred as Sherrie in the West End production of Rock of Ages (Shaftesbury/Garrick). Her theatre credits also include: Footloose (UK tour), Mamma Mia! (Prince of Wales), Evita (UK tour) and Fame (European tour).
As previously announced, current standby Elphaba Emma Hatton assumes the role full time from 2nd February 2015. Jennifer DiNoia plays her final performance as Elphaba on Saturday 31st January 2015.
Andreou joins: Savannah Stevenson (Glinda), Jeremy Taylor (Fiyero), Liza Sadovy (Madame Morrible), Martyn Ellis (The Wizard), Philip Childs (Doctor Dillamond), Sam Lupton (Boq), Katie Rowley Jones (Nessarose) and Sophie Linder-Lee(Standby Glinda).
