Casting has been announced for Clara Brennan’s two-hander Boa which opens at Trafalgar Studios 2 on 5th February and runs until 7th March 2015.

Running for a limited five weeks, in front of only 98 people per night, the play is an acerbic, warm and honest account of a lifetime in love that tells the tender, powerful story of Louis, Belinda and their 30 years of overwhelming affection, wine, words and dance.
Harriet Walter has worked extensively in theatre, television, film and radio. Of her many roles with the Royal Shakespeare Company, where she is an Associate Artist, she recently played Cleopatra in Antony and Cleopatra alongside Patrick Stewart. She won an Evening Standard Award for her role as Elizabeth in Phyllida Lloyd’s production of Schiller’s Mary Stuart and a Tony nomination when the production transferred to Broadway in 2009.
She is best known on TV as Harriet Vane in the Lord Peter Wimsey series, and more recently as D.I. Natalie Chandler in Law and Order: UK. She also appeared in the most recent series of Julian Fellowes’ hit series Downton Abbey and will be reprising her role in Season 5.
Guy Paul is known primarily for his work on Broadway, appearing in Mary Stuart with Harriet Walter and Janet McTeer and appearing in a dozen other shows in New York including; Twelve Angry Men, King Lear, The Invention of Love, 1776 and The King and I. His numerous Off-Broadway appearances include Frankenstein at CSC and Stuff Happens at the Public Theatre. He’s appeared regionally throughout the US, including three seasons with the Guthrie Theatre and, most recently, as Scrooge in A Christmas Carol at the Geva Theatre.
His TV appearances include Life on Mars, The Sopranos, Law & Order, and as James Madison in the ABC miniseries, George Washington: The Forging of a Nation. In the UK, he can be heard in various guises on BBC Radio 3 and 4. Film appearances include Hyde Park on Hudson and The Fifth Estate.
