King Charles III extends to January 2015

The producers of Mike Bartlett’s acclaimed new play, King Charles III have announced that the show’s run has been extended by 9 weeks. The play will now run at the Wyndham’s Theatre until 31st January 2015. Tickets for the extension are on sale today.

Directed by the Almeida Theatre’s Artistic Director Rupert Goold, King Charles III is designed by Tom Scutt with music composed by Jocelyn Pook, lighting by Jon Clark and sound by Paul Arditti. It transferred to the West End following a sold out run at the Almeida. 

Mike Bartlett's play explores the people underneath the crowns, the unwritten rules of our democracy, and the conscience of Britain's most famous family. Tim Pigott-Smith will continue to star as Charles.
