Chichester's Neville's Island transfers to West End

It has been announced that Chichester's revival of Tim Firth's Neville's Island is transferring to the West End.

The production will open at the Duke of York's Theatre in October. Adrian Edmondson is reprising his performance alongside Miles Jupp, Neil Morrissey and Robert Webb. Angus Jackson directs.

Four out-of-condition, middle-aged businessmen, sent off on a team-building exercise, succeed in becoming the first people ever to get shipwrecked on an island in the Lake District.

Bound in by fog, menaced by wildlife and without a mobile signal, this perfunctory middle-class exercise quickly descends into a carnival of recrimination, French cricket and sausages.
