Sneak peek at... Clint Eastwood's film adaptation of Jersey Boys

A new still from Clint Eastwood's (pictured right) upcoming film adaptation of Jersey Boys, which is due to land in cinemas in June, has been released. Take a look at the picture below. 

The musical biopic tells the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, who achieved success as an American singing group in the 1960s. Boardwalk Empire's Vincent Piazza and Broadway actors John Lloyd Young, Erich Bergen and Michael Lomenda portray Valli and his fellow singers Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi in the Warner Bros project.

Johnny Cannizzaro and Mike Doyle also star as Nick DeVito and Bob Crewe respectively, while Christoper Walken takes on the role of Angelo 'Gyp' DeCarlo. Original band members Valli and Gaudio serve as executive producers on the movie, while Graham King and Rob Lorenz produce.

Jersey Boys will be released in the US on 20th June 2014. The UK release date is yet to be confirmed.
