West End Eurovision takes place next week!

This years West End Eurovision takes place at the Dominion Theatre on 23rd May from 11.30pm. The ten shows competing are: Spamalot; Billy Elliot; Wicked; Rock Of Ages; Once; Viva Forever; Top Hat; Mamma Mia!; Phantom Of The Opera and A Chorus Line.

Joining Strictly Come Dancer and occasional Wizard of Oz, Russell Grant, on this year’s celebrity judging panel are television personalities Jodie Prenger – winner of BBC 1’s talent search for Oliver’s Nancy, I’d Do Anything and X Factor finalist and Celebrity Big Brother winner Rylan Clark.

TheatreMAD’s Chairman, David Pendlebury said "We are absolutely delighted that Jodie and Rylan have kindly agreed to support this year's West End Eurovision and the work of The Make A Difference Trust as members of our Celebrity Judging Panel. Having both been on the receiving end of the judges’ comments on I'd Do Anything and The X Factor respectively, it will be a fun opportunity for them to offer their comments to those shows taking part."

West End favourite Richard Gauntlett hosts with the able assistance of celebrity guest hosts Sinitta, Christopher Biggins, Kerry Ellis and Ben Richard. 2012’s West End Eurovision battle saw the cast of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber steal the show, taking home the event’s highest accolade – Overall Win. But who will steal the demon barber’s crown in 2013? The battle is on!
