Gary Barlow is reportedly writing a West End musical. The Take That member and X Factor judge is apparently writing a musical which tells the story of Take That's rise to fame. Gary Barlow previously wrote a jukebox musical which used Take That's hits called Never Forget. The musical, which toured and enjoyed a West End run at the Savoy Theatre, followed the journey of a Take That tribute band.
It is rumoured that Gary has already started writing and recording the songs for the musical with Eliott Kennedy, who has written hits for S Club 7, Spice Girls and Five.
Speaking to The Mirror, a 'source' said "Gary's the happiest he's ever been in his career right now and loves being given the freedom to write music and take on different projects. He's really pleased that the musical has come to light and has loads of ideas to make it a West End hit."
