According to an article published in the Daily Mail, Homeland star Damian Lewis is in talks to star as Bill Snibson in a West End revival of Me and My Girl. No official offer has been made, but the Daily Mail's Baz Bamigboye reports that Damian has spoken with producer Alex Armitage.

Damian Lewis was previously up for the same role in a Sheffield production of Me and My Girl which was directed by Anna Mackmin but was he was forced to decline due to his busy filming schedule.
His other stage credits include John Crowley's production of Into the Woods in the late 1990s, as well as Hamlet on Broadway. Damian won an Emmy for his portrayal of Nicholas Brody in Showtime's Homeland. His other TV credits include The Forsyte Saga, Life and Band of Brothers.
