John Barrowman has made a full recovery after sustaining an on-stage injury during a pantomime show. The actor was rushed to hospital on Friday 4th January after he fell from a live horse during a performance of Jack and the Beanstalk in Glasgow.
John complained of back pain after the fall, though it was reported that he suffered "no broken bones, just bruises".
A spokeswoman told Sky News that John is feeling better "after a good night's sleep". She added: "He was bruised but recovered and will perform for the rest of the run until it finishes on Sunday. We're all delighted. He's a trouper."
The 45-year-old has been starring in the show with comedy duo The Krankies since 15th December. John's West End credits include La Cage aux Folles, Anything Goes, The Phantom of the Opera and Hair.
