It has been announced that the Broadway revival of Pippin will close at the Music Box Theatre on 4th January 2015.
The circus themed production of Stephen Schwartz and Roger O. Hirson’s musical is directed by Diane Paulus. Starring Patina Miller, it opened on Broadway in April 2013. The score features the numbers 'Magic to Do', 'Glory' and 'Corner of the Sky'.
The cast currently includes Josh Kaufman as Pippin, Carly Hughes as Leading Player, John Dossett as Charles, Charlotte d’Amboise as Fastrada, Rachel Bay Jones as Catherine and Lucie Arnaz as Berthe.
Wouldn't now be the perfect time for Pippin to transfer to the West End?! Yes please!
