100 interviews: 20 most popular interviews in West End Frame history!

Since publishing our very first interview one year and two months ago, we have interviewed some of the biggest West End and Broadway stars as well as understudies, alternates and ensemble members from some of London’s biggest and longest running shows as well as tiny productions which have run in almost hidden locations around the capital.

Later today we will be publishing our 100th interview, and to celebrate we decided to reveal the top 20 most popular (meaning most read) interviews in West End Frame history. Enjoy!

Broadway and West End Star Sierra Boggess spoke to West End Frame about her time as Fantine in Les Misérables at the Queen's Theatre and returning to Broadway to play Christine in The Phantom Of The Opera. 

Sierra created the role of Christine Daaé in Love Never Dies for which she received an Olivier Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical. Her other theatre credits include Master Class (Broadway revival), Disney's The Little Mermaid (Broadway) and Love, Loss and What I Wore (Off-Broadway). Sierra has also played Christine in the Las Vegas production of The Phantom of the Opera.

Last year Louise Dearman made theatre history when it was announced she would star as Elphaba in Wicked, making her the first actress in the show's history to have played both Elphaba and Glinda. We must also mention that several West End stars, including Sabrina Aloueche, Nikki Davis-Jones, Siobhan Dillon, Cynthia Erivo, Gareth Gates, Dianne Pilkington and Lauren Varnham, narrowly missed out on the top 20.
