Geri Halliwell, Alexandra Burke, Macy Gray & Blue join West End Shows for Children In Need 2012

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, R&B singer Macy Gray and boy band Blue will all join a West End Musical for one night only later this year to raise money for Children In Need. 50% of the £80 ticket price for each show will go to Children in Need.

Geri Halliwell will appear in Singin' In The Rain at the Palace Theatre on 25th October 2012. Alexandra Burke will appear in Les Miserables at the Queens Theatre on 18th September 2012. Marcy Gray will appear in Thriller Live at the Lyric Theatre on 15th November 2012 and finally Blue will appear in Jersey Boys at the Price Edward Theatre on 11th October 2012.

BBC Children in Need is the BBC's UK corporate charity. BBC Children in Need 2011 raised £26,332,334 on the night, and in the months following Appeal Night money raised from fundraisers, schools and businesses around the UK as well as donations continued to pour in, amounting to over £46 million for projects supporting children and young people this year. The BBC Children in Need Appeal Night takes place every year in November.
